September 12, 2005 7:22 PM Dear Mr Tucci, Further to our visit to the Best Bed and Breakfast, I am emailing to say how impressed we were with the accommodation and service. We were made to feel incredibly welcome from the first minute we arrived until we had to leave. Please convey our thanks to everyone concerned. Iam very sorry but I cannot recall the name of the gentleman who greeted us on our arrival but please say thank you to him on our behalf. Our room was incredibly spacious and very modern with everything we could have wished for during our stay. Our breakfast was absolutely incredible and Nicoletta was lovely! I think I managed to tell her that the breakfasts were lovely but my Itailian is not very good! We didn't need to eat again until late evening. The only problem we encountered was having to leave! Both myself and my sister mentioned and gave details of your premises to people we met whilst on holiday and I shall be recommending the Best Bed and Breakfast to friends and family in the future. We intend to visit Rome every year and we shall not be staying anywhere else! Once again, thank you so much to everyone for a fabulous holiday and hope to get a reservation again next year. What we had read was true ! The reception and explanation of the various attractions in Rome was fantastic. The cleanliness of the room we had was also excellent. The breakfast is something to be remembered... Nicoleta was a perfect host. Your B&B is very well positioned and within walking distance from everything ! I am so glad I stay at your Bed and Breakfast. Everything I have to say is all good. I am passing the word around the office letting everyone know what a great place is your Bed and Breakfast and to offer it to our clients. The transfer service to the airport was excellent. I was downstairs exactly at 4:00 am and they arrived at the same time. The mini bus accommodation was perfect. I was a little scare because a mini van to us hear in the United States is kind of small. This was more than accomodating for all eight passengers and luggage. I wish at the Fountain of Trevi to come back to Rome. But be sure, that I will be back and your Bed and Breakfast will be well known of at American Express Travel .
